Recruitment Procedures

METHOD OF SELECTION

We  maintain a list of personnel of various trades and categories

SCREENING

In addition to the persons available on our list, we also float country-wide enquiries through our network with a view to get the best available workmen.

INTERVIEWS

Every candidate is interviewed by our experts for suitability before presenting him to the principal's representative (if required).

TRADE TEST

Every technician is put to test on the sites according to his trade.

MEDICAL

The suitable candidate is sent for medical examination to well qualified Doctors for physical check-up and clinical investigations, such as X-rays, Blood, Urine, etc.

PROCESSING OF DOCUMENTS

After the above tests, the successful candidates travel documents are processed through various authorities such as Immigration, Consulates, etc.

PERSONAL RECORD

We keep full details of the candidates finally selected, for future reference, if required.

COST OF RECRUITMENT

A vast majority of the organisations operating in the Middle East rely on us for cutting down the cost of recruitment to a considerable level, mobilisation, trade testing, selection and relocation.  The cost would definitely be much higher if the client chooses to recruit the manpower himself.

CHANCE ELEMENT

Many of the organistions selecting their manpower needs through people who are not professional manpower consultants, base their selection on the chance factor, i.e., a candidate who appeals most by his persuasive talk and appearance is selected without considering the basic ethics of selection.  Our expert guidance enables client to eliminate this risk.

GUARANTEE

Out of the personnel supplied by us, if found unsuitable for the job selected for, we undertake to repatriate the person at our cost, where the selection was made by us, provided replacement is acceptable.

TERMS

Our terms are negotiable across the table.  We believe in specialised service by giving personal and professional attention to detail.  Our representative will call on the intending employers wherever/whenever required for discussing the job specifications, terms and conditions and preparation of the necessary documents.

PRE-RECRUITMENT STAGES

  • Maintain database on manpower availability on the lines of craft and skill, geographic and project preferences.
  • Keep track of mobility of labour influenced by age factor, marital status, educational level, professional and technical skills and advise the client on the benefits of such mobility.
  • Watch out for mobility of labour owing to retrenchment at big projects nearing completion and where availability of skilled personnel is likely to be in abundance.
  • Identify and review recruitment sources most suitable for the client.  This search starts internally, i.e., within the organisation of the client, to reduce cost on recruitment from external sources.
  • Review local/foreign labour markets and advice client on availabilities, salary ranges and shortage of labour categories, if any.
  • Identify important factors in making the job more attractive and advertise through our Firm's website and other local/national newspapers for getting response from potention recruits, thus enabling the client a wider choice at no extra cost.
  • Advise the client on the costs of pre-recruitment.
  • Training the recruits, wherever necessary in cases where client/we find relocation essential.
